Do you sculpt the whole figure?
No, I do not sculpt the whole thing, I use McFarlanes Sportspicks as my base figure and customize it into a different player. I can sculpt add-ons to the figures, cowboy collars, sweatbands, add bulk and to fill in around custom poses.
What is a custom pose?
When I refer to custom poses, I am talking about using parts from different figures to create a new pose.
If I want to order a customized figure, is there a flat price for having a figure made?
No, each figure is quoted individually.
What kinds of things raise the pricing?
A lot of variables are considered. The base figure- people do collect the McFarlane figures so some poses are more sought after than others. Other factors include, but are not limited to custom poses, custom add-ons, removing something from a figure and very intricate uniforms.
How long does it take from the time I order the custom to the time it is finished?
Again, I go back to the hobby thing- I work on these when I can. I try to avoid taking on more orders than I can handle, so the turnaround time is USUALLY 30 days or less.
I want to have one made for a silent auction or other benefit, do you do those?
YES, I love to do those. So please contact me and let me know what the cause is- if it is a cause I feel strongly about I am sure we can work something out.
I want to get several of the same figure made, can you do that?
Sorry, but no- I do not create duplicates of the same figure.
Do they come with custom packaging?
Custom packaging is available at an increase in cost.
I only display a small sampling of the figures that I have made. However, I do have photographs of all of them, so if you do not see yours here and want some pictures of it, please feel free to email me.
